My mother-in-law was recently a resident at Maplewood at Weston and her stay couldn’t have been more pleasant! The facilities were very well maintained and every member of the staff was extremely polite and courteous to her and our family when we came to visit. She loved the property especially the gardens. I highly recommend Maplewood at Weston

My mother in law is a resident of Maplewood. They let us know if she falls. She likes her apartment. The food is good. They had wonderful activities until Covid hit. The staff are inconsistent, some are helpful, and some are not. Basically, we hire private care, and we did that because they're just there, and it was not adequate personal care. But some of the people who work there are absolutely lovely. Outside, they have a concrete patio, that's pretty much it. The dining area is nice, the exercise room is almost non-existence. Anyone who needs a lot of assistance, anyone who goes there, who needs a lot of assistance, the families need to be aware that they need to engage that themselves. Although they have various levels of care, they have never been adequate. That's something I think they should understand. Anybody with dementia, who really function, probably most places don't really provide much in a way of assistance, it's very little, so that's why we have 9 hours of personal care every day.
