Description of Brigham House

Housed in a historic former schoolhouse, Brigham House is a community of 62 assisted living apartment homes located just 10 miles west of Boston. Our mission is to provide affordable retirement living options for Watertown seniors with public financing available for income-eligible residents.

Brigham House is proud to partner with HallKeen Management, a Norwood-based property management organization with more than 25 years of experience in providing high-quality residential accommodations and services to New England seniors.

Featured Amenities

Our private apartments feature full bathrooms, individual temperature control and wall-to-wall carpeting. Homes also offer the convenience of modern kitchenettes equipped with a sink, microwave, cabinetry and small refrigerator with freezer space.

When not relaxing in their apartments, residents of our community can be found playing games in our bistro, discussing current events in our library or enjoying a snack in our country kitchen. A variety of social, fitness and cultural activities are also scheduled throughout the day.

Available Services

At Brigham House, seniors enjoy carefree retirement living without the hassles of household chores and maintenance. Our staff is available 24 hours a day to provide housekeeping, trash removal, facilities maintenance and meal service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily in our formal dining room with snacks available between meals.

At our assisted living community, our staff is trained to provide caring and compassionate assistance with life's daily activities, such as eating, dressing, grooming and other personal chores. Seniors are given an individual service plan tailored to their specific needs so that they receive the right level of care every time.
