Landmark at Oceanview offers multiple tiers of care including independent, assisted living and memory care to Beverly, Massachusetts. Located amidst historical beauty and with numerous shopping venues, houses of worship and healthcare providers in the area, you'll find many reasons to call our community home.
Formed in 1985 by Clifford F. Boyle, Landmark Senior Living's initial goal was to create affordable and well-maintained housing. Since then, it has blossomed to accommodate the needs of seniors who could no longer live safely on their own, but were not ready for a nursing home. Today we own and operate five communities offering a variety of services and care levels.
Our residents benefit from a robust range of activities that stimulate the mind, body and spirit. Our community offers spacious common areas for friends and family to congregate as well as a private dining room for special events. You'll also be happy to find that we have an on-site beauty salon and barber shop, chapel and concierge ready to respond to your requests.
When you live at Landmark at Oceanview, you can put down the car keys and let our scheduled transportation services take you where you need to go, whether to medical appointments, local shopping trips or a scenic drive with friends. There will be plenty of activities to enjoy here as well, such as yoga classes, lectures or simply enjoying a game of cards in the community room with your friends.
All residents at Landmark at Oceanview can enjoy three chef-prepared meals per day in our restaurant-style dining room. Our caring staff attends to weekly housekeeping and linen service, meaning that you don't need to worry about the tidying. Residents who need more support can expect assistance with activities of daily living, medication monitoring and escort services from staff that have a passion for care and enabling independence.
For those with a loved one who suffers from a memory impairment condition such as Alzheimer's or dementia our MorningStar memory care program may be the right fit. Our specially trained caregivers are experts in attending to residents with memory impairment. Offering services such as hourly safety checks, a discreet incontinence program and secure indoor and outdoor areas, we aspire to ensure wellness and dignity.
We welcome you to visit Landmark at Oceanview and see how gracious senior living can be.

We visited Landmark at Oceanview. It's a great facility for working-class seniors. We saw the rooms, dining rooms, and the common areas. There seemed to be plenty of space. However, the staff didn't initiate contact, and there were too many floors.
My wife is at the memory-care unit of Landmark At Oceanview. The staff members are typical caregivers from any other senior places we've looked at. The facility location and the rooms are fine. They have three different-sized rooms, including a 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom. Some are a little bigger than others. My wife is fine with it, but it's not that mentally stimulating.
Hi Paul, Thank you for coming to our facility and giving us feedback about your wife. We can assure she will be in the best hands and provide the best community experience as possible. Please reach out if you have any questions, comments, or concerns and I can assure we will take care of them. Thank you again, Paul. Best, Ryan
Landmark at Oceanview was a much bigger, cleaner, and well-run facility. They had assisted living and memory care. The top floor was more of their Alzheimer's/memory care ward which was pretty impressive because they keep everything locked. You need to have a key to get into the elevator to leave, so there wouldn't be any danger that a resident would get out on their own. They seemed to keep them very engaged in activities, which they had a lot of for the residents. They were on top of the comings and goings and safety of the residents, and their well being and happiness. The residents seemed happy and content. The menu looked decent. Everything looked pretty clean.
We visited Landmark. The building is a little bit rundown, it could use some upkeep, but overall, it was not too bad. They seemed to run a pretty good program. The room was setup nice, it seemed to have a decent number of staff members, and things for people to do. They had a memory care unit.
