Situated high on a hill, Putnam Farms at Danvers is located on Summer Street adjacent to the Hunt Center, a satellite location of Beverly Hospital. Designed to capture the residential flavor of the neighborhood, the building's gambrel-style features create the air of a country manor and includes a spacious porch with wonderful views.

All residences at Putnam Farms at Danvers are provided with weekly housekeeping and linen services, allowing our seniors to spend more time to enjoy themselves and less time dealing with the hassle of home maintenance. Area transportation is also provided, and is an easy way for our seniors to reach personal appointments and run errands.
Our residents also have access to a number of other helpful services 24 hours a day. Each of our seniors receive a personalized service plan, so that the level of care provided always meets their individual needs and preferences. I visited this facility
I saw the one bedroom at Benchmark Senior Living at Putnam Farm. The size and the layout were perfect. I think it would suit my mother's needs perfectly. It was clean and no sterile smell or institutional smell at all. I saw the dining room and the country kitchen where people can go in and have little cooking demonstrations or make something themselves if they want to. I saw indoor and outdoor sitting areas, a computer area where people can learn how to use computers if they want, and a little beauty parlor. It was great. The staff was very friendly, from the reception that I got when I arrived, to the tour that I got. Everybody was wonderful.

I visited this facility
I went to Benchmark Senior Living at Putnam Farm. It appeared to be well kept and clean. The staff was polite and courteous, and the apartment was nice and fine. They gave us a calendar of activities. We saw the dining area, but we didn't see a lot of people there, and it didn't have that something extra to convince us that "this is it."

I visited this facility
Benchmark seemed like a nice facility, however, we weren't too impressed with the lady who gave us a tour. We were put off by her. However, the upkeep was very nice.
