The staff at Greenwood Terrace Lenexa is extremely patient and extremely helpful with my dad. They just really helped him when he first moved in, they went and picked his dog up, and got him a bed because he didn't have anything. They were able to find furniture for him and really helped him. My dad eats in his room. I just know that they're good to my dad.

My mother is in Greenwood Terrace. The residents are very friendly, and she has met a lot of people. It's very clean and very independent. The only complaint is the food is not all that spectacular, but sometimes it's good. The staff is great, very nice, very friendly, accommodating, and answered questions. The activities are good. I think we made a good decision. They do a good job at keeping the rooms clean, too.

I toured Greenwood Terrace. Everybody there was very nice, and the facilities were impressive. I didn’t have any complaints about it. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and did not pressure us. The food was really good, but it took a really long time for lunch, and I couldn’t sit for an hour and a half for lunch. That’s my only complaint about the place.

Greenwood Terrace's layout was fine. It was bright and cheery. The rooms didn't have full kitchens, just sinks and microwaves. The meals are way too regimented for me. They do breakfast, lunch, and dinner at certain times, so it was not a good fit for me at all. I crossed them off my list pretty quickly. The residents looked really old;I wasn't going to fit in with them at all. I'm 71 but the residents all looked like they were about 90 years old.

Greenwood Terrace is an older facility and showed signs of aging, but it was clean and bright. I didn't get a very good tour of the place. It was a busy place, but the residents were older. It did look very nice on the outside.

My parents moved in to Greenwood Terrace in May, and they are pretty happy overall. The staff is very caring. I feel very comfortable with them being there because of them. My father plays bingo, which he really enjoys. My mother likes the library and the residents' trips. It's recently remodelled, so it really looks nice. I have eaten there, and I've seen the types of food my father has eaten, and it's been very tasty and very appealing.

My mom is in Greenwood Terrace. I like that they are accommodating and the staff is helpful and great. She does not like the food there. They have recreation, like Pictionary, Wii and all sorts of activities. She has her own bedroom, living room, dining room, and a little nice patio area. They let her have her three little dogs, which is one of the reasons why I like it, too. She has three Chihuahuas. They have three meals available. It is a good experience for all of us.

Visitor

My tour at Greenwood Terrace was nice but a little too urban for me. They're quite nice. We had a nice tour and saw a little bit of everything they had available.
