Colonial Oaks at Leawood is a beautiful community located in South Leawood, KS with Assisted Living and Memory Care options available. We also offer temporary Respite stays to meet your needs. We take pride in having a dedicated and knowledgeable team who strives to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our Residents.

We recently updated our interior design to match our gorgeous exterior, creating a vibrant atmosphere our Resident's can continue to enjoy. We are minutes from shopping, restaurants, medical offices, emergency services, churches and walking trails.

We offer Studio, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom apartments with Kitchenettes; many with direct access to outdoor patios and our inner Courtyard. Make financial planning for the future effortless with our all-inclusive monthly rate and individual assistance with personalized care.
