The staff are wonderful to my parents and they are loving the facility, their room and activities. My dad was not happy with the dining room on several occasions, but met with administrators and there have been many positive changes made in the past month or so.

Our family was blessed to have our father so well taken care of- Everyone we have had contact with over the past 3 years has been compassionate and helpful. Daddy had excellent care in AL unit and as he moved into MC he continued to receive the care he needed. Enclave was instrumental to allowing my father to be treated with dignity and respect in his last years. Though Covid put a hold on face to visiting for a while, staff managed to make things work as best as possible. My family and I are very thankful and would recommend this facility.

The food has gone down hill for the past year. Why is it, I am paying all this money and they can not hire a qualified person to manage the kitchen. They are either running out of product or the food coming out is cold or overdone. I know residence are frustrated and are looking to move to other facilities. They have a beautiful facility and great staff who work with the residents. I am hopeful the new management will make the changes to keep people from leaving. The last thing is fix the fountain in back!!!!

Our family was very excited to bring our parents, Ed and Dot K. here! The staff have been very good and the facility is always kept up very nice. Unfortunately things have changed over the last couple years. Management has not been consistent and problems have not been solved. The one issue that has been continuous has been the food. With good management I would think keeping things in stock food hot and a good level of quality food would be mandatory. We have appreciated keeping our loved ones safe at the facility and you have done a great job to do that, that makes it even more important for the food to be at its highest level, that is something that they are look forward to in their day.We are anxious to see the changes that are going to be made, we have confidence that all the issues will be taken into consideration. Thank you.

It seemed fine, but it was too far for me. They had a fairly wide menu selection, which was nice. The staff members were fine. They had answers for everything. The rooms were a pretty good size, too.
