At The Reserve at Hamilton Trace, we constantly strive to exceed the expectations of residents and their family members. Ideally located, our community sits only minutes away from local shopping, dining, parks and medical facilities. Each senior living program at our continuing care retirement community (CCRC) campus, whether assisted living, memory care or skilled nursing care, has been specially designed to meet a wide range of needs and preferences. In all things, it is our goal to promote the independence and well-being of our residents.
The Reserve at Hamilton Trace is owned and operated by CarDon and Associates, a family-owned provider of senior lifestyle and living options in Indiana. With more than 35 years of experience, CarDon and Associates has a proven history of providing quality senior care.
Featured Amenities
Accommodations at our community are provided in a variety of shapes and sizes. Residents enjoy spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans, each outfitted with its own complete kitchen, private washer and dryer, wireless Internet access and a 24-hour emergency call system that utilizes pendants and two-way voice communication. All residences are provided with weekly housekeeping and flat linen services.
Meals are enjoyed three times daily in our community dining room, where each dish is prepared fresh and served restaurant-style. On-site amenities include a community library, theater, therapy gym and secured outdoor walking paths and courtyard areas.
Events of all sorts are held throughout the day, so there is ample opportunity for residents to stay active, laugh and make new friendships.

Residents of The Reserve at Hamilton Trace enjoy peace of mind from the knowledge that should their needs change, our campus is well equipped to provide the necessary services and care. These range from simple help with dressing or medication management to more complex services for individuals who require nursing care.
As a campus offering a broad range of senior living options, individuals facing the daily challenge of memory loss receive care from talented staff members that are specially trained to provide memory care services. Rehabilitative services are also available and include speech, occupational and physical therapy.

I visited this facility
Hamilton Trace was probably only thee years old, and it's beautifully designed for older people. It has every possible convenience and even has washer and dryer in each little apartment. The size of the apartments were very pleasing, and the grounds were beautifully kept. The people were extremely friendly, and we even met some of the residents. It's a lovely place, which I would even keep in mind for myself someday. We met some of the staff members and they're very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and my daughter-in-law and I were both very pleased. It's well-thought out for people who need some facilities other than their own home.

I visited this facility
I really liked Hamilton Trace and I was very pleased. It's a relatively new, nice place with lots of activities for the residents. It seemed very organized and quiet. The staff was very helpful.
