Waterford Estates was a nice and clean place. The staff was very informative, they talk to you and connect with you, and they try to help you out in any way they can. The food was excellent. The facility was well equipped for any needs you may have, and the rooms were excellent.

The person who showed us around Waterford Estates Senior Living was very friendly and knowledgeable. We liked it. The rooms looked very nice. They had a number of activities, plus a pool and a Jacuzzi, water aerobics once a week, and a big pond with a walking path outside. They had a washer and dryer on each floor, which is shared with many people, and you have to use quarters to use the machines.

Citadel Estates Memory Care is very nice. Dad has his own private room and private bathroom. The caregivers are really nice. It's 110% better than where he was before. The rooms are very nice. He has some of his furniture from home with him. He seems really content there. They have a little bistro area and in the morning and they gather there for coffee and they read the newspaper to them. During meals, they sit at tables that look like a dining room with tablecloths and napkins; it's very nice. They have a senior prom where they get dressed up with music and dancing. They have a lot of different and very nice activities. They have carpeting, and it feels like home. The staff is very helpful and they have a nice menu.

Waterford Estates Senior Living was a nice place. It's not new, but it's not terribly old. They have three different types of rooms: a studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom, and all three were nice. They had restaurant style food. You could get the food in your room which has a kitchenette, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker, but no stove. They have arts and crafts, a painting studio, a big meeting room, a library, and a TV room. I only dealt with one person and she was very nice. Her father lived there. She's very helpful and she gave me a tour. The building was nice and the ground floor had a dining room and barber shop. The second floor was for people just looking for a place to live, assisted living was on the next floor, and then the top floor was the memory facility for people with dementia.

Waterford Estates Senior Living was an excellent place. The room was a nice size, and I liked the way it was set up. When I first came to visit, the staff member showed me a room that had a view of the park. When I came back to make a deposit, she showed me two different apartments which were on the other side of the building. One had a view of the parking lot, and the other had a view of the houses. When I said I wanted the one with the view of the pond, she told me that someone else was occupying the unit. I was kind of upset about that. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have a little store there, a pool where they do aerobics exercises, and seating areas on the patio. I saw the residents doing chair exercises when I was there.

My Dad has lived at Waterford Estates for over 3 years; he just recently moved to the Assisted Living Floor. His transition has gone so well through the Grace of God and because of the wonderful staff who helped us out. Thank you just does not seem to be enough to say to them; they are wonderful people.

Citadel Estates Memory Care is a wonderful place. I am very happy because they take very good care of my mother. It is one level with 64 beds and it is very clean. The location is easily accessible. The director took a lot of time with me when I first visited the place, and every person that I met was nice and friendly. The restaurant staff gave Mom lunch when we arrived to move her in. There are four different dining areas which are all very nice and very cozy. Their system is excellent, and their cost was half of those in the area. I go there every other day to see what's going on. They bathe her and they do her hair. I did not see anything that would cause me to think negatively. The Activity Director is a lovely lady and their Executive Director is excellent as well. I highly recommend this place. I'm very grateful with what they are doing for my mom.

I liked that Waterford Estates Senior Living had a pool and that the people seemed very friendly. The rooms had balconies and they're all one or two bedroom apartments. It was reasonably priced and they had different care packages. The dining area looked very nice. It had a little courtyard just outside the dining area where the residents could go out or smoke outside. This place was my favorite one.

We didn’t have an appointment at Waterford Estates Senior Living, but they set up a walk-through on what the studio and the two-bedroom looked like, and what the accommodations were. They were nice and had activities. There’s a private nurse on staff, and if you have doctors' appointments, they’ll make sure you can get to them. The pricing is comparable to all the other homes that are out there. Just from the short visit that we had, it seemed like a very nice community.
