Hardwood floors in the apartments made it look really comfortable. Bingo almost every day. Made beautiful dried flower bookmarks with silk tassels. Painted flowerpots. Residents made their own personalized totes for activities. Residents get up and around, sit on the porches in rocking chairs a lot.

From someone who actually had someone living there. Promises promises promises. Pagers seldom worked or were ignored. Always excuses, told new ones coming. Food was up and down. One good cook, others bad. Cleaning lady was great. Response was minimal, no one at desk many times. Managers hide in offices. Never returned calls , if even answered. Last chance too late. Myself found mom in floor with open door-had been there from 3 AM to 8 AM. Had been pressing call button. Small covid outbreak, 10 days quarantine and seldom checked. Found food tray from previous day still in room. RUN!

It was the one we liked the best. It was beautiful. The residents were very happy and wanted to share everything they have going on there. We were impressed, and the staff was nice. We really liked it, but we couldn't afford it. We went through the dining area, which had linen table cloths and flowers and seemed very homey. They had a coffee shop and a library. It was a good experience.

It was fine. The staff answered our questions, gave us a tour, showed us the studio rooms, and they were very friendly. They had a library. I saw some activities going on in the memory care unit.
