Since our residents are experiencing memory loss, Brookdale Tequesta II has created a special community that keeps them safe and oriented, from circular walking paths for exercise to direction cues that lead them to places of activity. All external doors to our community are alarmed and an emergency response system is monitored 24 hours a day to ensure that all of our residents remain safe.

In pleasant weather, our residents can enjoy fresh air and a stroll in our enclosed outdoor courtyard and garden. We also offer a sun room, a family room where residents can gather to socialize and a library where residents can curl up with a good mystery. We even have a beauty salon and barbershop on the premises so that our residents can always look and feel their best.

Available Services

At Brookdale Tequesta II, our staff are specially trained to deal with the unique challenges faced and posed by seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia. Our professional staff are always available to assist residents with daily needs such as bathing and dressing. We also provide medication support and continence management.

We offer our residents three nutritious meals a day that are expressly formulated to meet the unique dietary needs of seniors. Healthy snacks are also available throughout the day. To help keep our residents mentally engaged, we also offer frequent lif-enrichment programming as well as intervention programs for residents who encounter a setback.
