We used St. Augustine Plantation for my husband for respite care. Because of the coronavirus he stayed for less time than what we had planned. The staff members were wonderful. He had a wonderful room with plenty of space. It was a nice room with a nice bathroom and a little kitchenette area. They had activities on a regular basis. They had a library with a pool table. The staff members were nice to me.

Cherry Laurel's staff is wonderful, nice, and they weren't pushy, which I appreciated. It's a nice and medium-sized facility. One thing they don't have is a pool, which is a big thing for me. The apartment is very nice.

St. Augustine Plantation was very nice and it's certainly a place we would take into consideration. The staff member who showed us around was very helpful and friendly. The dining area looked fine. They have a game and television room, and entertainment for the guests periodically.

We visited here. The facility looked very nice, and everything went well. I thought they were very professional and very helpful. It was open, airy, and the rooms seemed to be an adequate size. The staff seemed professional.

I appreciate the fact that it was clean. They seemed to be well-organized with their schedules and outlined what they were doing, as well as the services that they rendered. The personnel seemed to be very outgoing and considerate. The bedrooms were not big enough for me. The dresser that we have is large and holds my clothes and my husband's clothes. There would hardly be walking space within it, and we can't do that. I'm too big myself to be there. They just didn't have the space in the bedroom that we would need for what we have. For someone with a small bed, dresser, and chest of drawers, it would be OK.

We're using Home Instead Senior Care and the person comes for three hours each Wednesday. A lady named Nadine is usually here. I can count on her being here usually early. She could do some light housekeeping, but basically when she comes, she and my mother work on puzzles and have a snack. We haven't given her any household things to do; she is just a companion. They seem to really enjoy each other. I like that they came right out on pretty short notice.

We visited and it was dirty. I remembered there was trash in the parking lot, and when we went to sit down, there were stains on the sofa. The air conditioner wasn't working, it was old, and everything was subpar. They need to clean everything up.

I want to go to Cherry Laurel because I live on this side of town. I go there to get my hair done. The staff is very nice. It looks like they stay busy, it's close for me, and there's a church. I really liked it. I saw a spacius one-bedroom with a little area and a kitchenette.
