Aviva Senior Living is Sarasota's only single-site, not-for-profit senior residential community offering the full continuum of care.

Stroll across our beautiful campus, and the first thing you will notice is the abundance of activity. Our residents spend the day engaged and involved, pursuing what makes them happy.

Some may simply want to enjoy a picture-perfect Florida day strolling our protected natural walking paths. I visited this facility
Aviva was very nice. It was impressive. The person who assisted me was very knowledgeable and very good. I enjoyed the tour. I saw the workout room and the swimming pool. Everything was there.

I visited this facility
I was very impressed with Aviva. They had all kinds of amenities and it was very nice. They have a swimming pool, a lovely gym with an instructor in there all the time, hairdressing facilities, medical facilities for the doctor, a dining room, a luncheonette for ice cream and things like that, and a place of worship. It's not a luxurious place, but it's very comfortable, nice, and clean.

I visited this facility
I liked Aviva A Campus overall and the rooms that I saw were clean. But it's not a type of facility that's suitable my dad since the residents there seem to be in worse shape than him. Also, it's cost prohibitive. They did have a library and other amenities, and the independent living building was exceedingly nice. The person that I met was nice.
