Addington Place is an all-inclusive apartment community within St. Petersburg, Florida, offering full amenities and spacious apartments. Assisted Living is for seniors who value their independence, but need some support with activities of daily living such as medication management, bathing, dressing, mobility, companion services, housekeeping, personal laundry and more. Addington Place begins with a customized care plan designed to meet an individual's unique needs. This plan outlines areas of assistance that our dedicated care staff will provide to support residents' needs. A Resident's peace of mind is top priority at Addington Place and Care Staff is available at a moment's notice, 24 hours a day.
Addington Place offers 2 meals per day, weekly housekeeping, 24-hour security, safety features in each bathroom, transportation services for those who no longer drive, 24-hour fitness center, concierge services and a robust social engagement calendar to keep our Residents active, healthy and socializing. Addington Place is a rental community so you do NOT “buy-in†but rather, you sign a lease with a 45-day out clause to use at any time and for any reason.

I visited this facility
I love Addington Place at College Harbor. The whole place was great. The staff during the tour was excellent. It would be my choice at this point if something develops with my mother. It's a beautiful place. It's on the water, and there are water views. They had a dining room and a library. The activity schedule was very well organized. If you don't like anything on the menu, they always offer some lighter alternatives. The food looked good. It's like you're in a luxury cruise ship. I like the quietness of the facility. The grounds, the tranquillity, and the views were a plus.

I visited this facility
Addington Place at College Harbor is very impressive and clean. The people are very friendly, and their idea of having an ambassador when a new person comes is an excellent way to get people integrated into what goes on. Everybody was helpful, and we were very impressed. We think the food was very good, we have no complaints, you can get your hair done, there's a doctor on call, and they take trips to the grocery store, pharmacy, and the bank. Periodically they go out to lunch. Inside there's activity by the pool, and I know there's always a big list of things to do.

I visited this facility
Addington Place at College Harbor's apartments were beautiful. I was very impressed with the staff. The food was very good. It seemed like they had quite a lot of activities. We saw their library and pool.

I visited this facility
We visited Addington Place at College Harbor. I liked the pool, and the rooms were nice. They have independent, assisted living, and memory care. They have bingo and exercising for the residents. I didn't meet anyone other than the person who gave the tour, and it seemed like we were bothering him by being there. The tour was just awful, and the staff member who assisted us acted like he was doing us a favor. There was stuff in the corners of the facility. It just didn't seem organized.

Our holiday decorations have been going up and as a result, we do have boxes throughout the community (in corners so they are not in anyone’s way). We will be making sure those are put away as quickly as possible.
The holiday decor is coming together looks great but the boxes does look unorganized and I appreciate you bringing that to our attention.
We do not have a dedicated memory care but we do have a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Again, if you did not get to see the healthcare center, our beautiful grounds or stay for a delicious meal, please reach out to me directly. I’d be delighted to give you the grand tour.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My husband was at Addington Place at College Harbor and it's not much good. They charged us about $4,000, including the $1,500 moving fee for one week and they didn't pursue a refund or anything. They've got aides that are dispensing medication and they should not be doing that since it's illegal in the state of Florida. I don't have a lot of good things to say about them. They're not equipped to take care of elderly people because they don't have licensed people to dispense medication. One night the LPN who is able to give my husband his morphine kept the morphine at her desk and never took it to the floor, so if he had needed his morphine in the middle of the night, he would not have had it and I told her that. It just was not a good place.
