My brother moved to Meridian at Westwood. They've very good to him. He had been confused for about 3 days and his nurse that administers his medication morning and night tells me that he has been very bad. So they transported him to the hospital and it takes a while to get all that done but they finally got him in a room. I would give them a very good rating, they're very nice to us and him there. The rooms are very nice and very spacious. The food is good from what I've seen. They've been on lockdown so they have to bring in their little trays, sometimes it looks appealing but I would rate it good. The staff is always helpful, very nice and friendly, we've never had any problems. They have activities like puzzles, little shuffleboard, and I've seen them play bingo there. They try to do something with them there, it's just different this year with the COVID virus. The building itself is always nice and clean.

Meridian at Westwood was a huge complex. It reminds you of a large hotel with a big lobby. It didn't really hit me as some place you want to call home, but it's pretty clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. They were upgrading when I was there, and they've got ample parking.

I liked The Meridian at Westwood the most out of all the places I visited. The staff was excellent. They play putt-putt golf there, they had movies, bridge, poker, and a piano. The place was loaded with activities. It was like a mini city. The size of the apartment was pretty good. They have two dining areas, and they're both well kept and clean.

It was pretty good, but they didn't have quite as many activities as the ones I visited. They had a small activity room, but they take them out as well. The apartments were more dated. The staff seemed really helpful and positive. Everybody was so nice. The residents were always talking to the staff. It seemed like a pretty positive environment. They were doing arts and crafts when I visited.

The Meridian at Westwood was nice. The rooms were very clean and very well laid out. The staff member who assisted us was very informative and very nice. The dining area was very nice. We also went through the little game room that they had.

The manor at Blue Water Bay was very appealing. The layout was very warm, inviting, and very homelike. It had a nice, pleasant environment. They have an activities room, a day room, a salon, and a TV room.

It is clean and has a caring staff. They have a lot of things to keep the residents active and involved four to five days a week. People from the community come in and play music with them. They have guys that play guitar, accordion, and piano. A lady comes in and sings acapella while they sing along. They also have karaoke. Today, they were letting the residents bake a cake. They also play games, like bingo, and my aunt loves the sing-alongs. Yesterday was Memorial Day, so they had some military come in in their uniform and did a special ceremony for a resident who had special commendations. They gave him a ham and did a program for the whole group. They each introduced themselves and where they're from, led them in God Bless America, and had somebody play patriotic songs for them. My aunt really loved that. They have a special dining room for the families. I have eaten some of the food there, and it has been good and appropriate. If I have a question and the staff can't give me the answer right away, they would get me the answer and get back to me or have a member of the staff come to me if they don't have the answer. My aunt feels very comfortable. They offer assisted care all the way to the Alzheimer's unit. We're happy with Belvedere Commons, and my aunt says it's been amazing.
