Nestled in a quiet suburb outside of the Fort Meyers-Cape Coral metropolitan area just a short drive from beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, Everglades National Park and Lake Okeechobee, Brookdale LeHigh Acres (formerly Sterling House of LeHigh Acres) is a welcoming retirement community offering high quality assisted living housing and services to seniors in South Florida.
Our community is proud to be a part of Brookdale. Serving seniors and their families since 1978, Brookdale communities have consistently ranked high in resident satisfaction surveys.
Featured Amenities
We have created a homelike environment for our residents that features kitchenettes, individually controlled thermostats and
emergency response systems in all the rooms. Both our communal areas and private apartments are handicap accessible for ease of mobility. In addition, our on-site barber shop and beauty parlor provides all the services necessary to keep our residents looking their best.
Active residents enjoy our recreation and activity room which is the place for socializing, informal gatherings and organized activities. We also have a lovely outdoor courtyard that is a great place to spend a sunny afternoon.
Available Services
At Brookdale LeHigh Acres, we know that health starts with nutritious food. That's why we provide three delicious meals specially created for
the dietary needs of seniors. Our staff can also provide laundry services, housekeeping and continence management.
We have nurses on staff 24 hours a day to ensure the health of our residents. Our staff also assist with escort services and medication support. We also provide short-term stays to give primary caregivers a much deserved rest.
