The Palace Gardens was brand new and it was top of the line. It looked like a mansion from the outside and it was absolutely gorgeous. The person that assisted me was top-notch and very informative. They were very open about us being able to look and see what was going on inside the place. I was able to see their dining area and it was beautiful. They had a calendar of activities posted on the wall, and they also had the menu posted on the wall for everyone to see.

The Palace Gardens is brand new and the people seemed happy. It's beautiful, but you have to have a lot of money to go there and we don't. I went over there one day when they had a seminar on how to care for the elderly and I did have a meal and it felt like I was in a very fancy hotel. The staff was very friendly and very efficient. I didn't walk around much, but I did go into their ballroom. It was very fancy, they had a stage, and they had productions for the residents. You get what you pay for. The food was delicious, it was like a gourmet meal.
