Beachland Retirement Home Inc. is proud to present the grand opening of our completely renovated assisted living facility, which we prefer to call "A Surfside Sanctuary" because of our location only 800 feet to the ocean and two blocks from the Indian River Lagoon, one of the most diverse estuaries in the United States.
We are under new ownership, and are open for residents, (which we prefer to call family), as of February 12, 2015. We are state licensed for standard, limited mental Health, and "ECC" or extended congregate care which gives our residents the opportunity to "age in place" without having to move to a nursing home or impersonal large institution. We are a small facility handling up to a maximum of eight residents, giving our professional fully licensed care-givers the availability to treat you with the utmost care and compassion around the clock!
