Residents enjoy private accommodations in their choice of deluxe studio and one-bedroom floor plans. Apartments feature in-suite climate controls, modern kitchenettes, handicap-accessible bathrooms and state-of-the-art emergency call systems that are monitored 24 hours a day by our staff.

On-site amenities at Maplewood of Danbury include a fitness center, outdoor patio with al fresco dining, an activity room, a beauty and barber salon, as well as beautifully landscaped grounds with walking paths, a waterfall and gardens. Meals are served three times daily in our formal dining room and are prepared by our in-house chefs using locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients.

Available Services

The Vistas assisted living program is staffed by expert caregivers who are available around the clock to provide personal care services such as help with bathing, grooming and administering medications. Licensed nurses are always on site, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to ensure our residents our well cared for and provide peace of mind.

We offer two programs for residents challenged by Alzheimer's and dementia. The Tides™ offers a more independent environment for seniors with early-stage memory impairment with a dedicated Ties Coordinator supervising their daily routines. The Currents™ program was designed for seniors with later-stage memory loss and offers a separate living space with a secured courtyard and shared kitchen for added safety.
