Overlooking the beautiful wine country in Temecula, The Sterling at Vintage Hills offers campus living and resort-style services, amenities and accommodations for independent living, assisted living and Alzheimer’s or memory care. We provide comprehensive services which allow residents to receive customized care that encourages lifestyles of their choosing. Our dedicated staff is available twenty-four hours a day to provide assistance. The Sterling at Vintage Hills is part of MBK Senior Living, a company dedicated to exceeding quality, service and care expectations. This means we strive to provide care with dignity and enhance our residents' lives to enable them to live as independently as possible.

Residents of our community enjoy a wide selection of amenities, like our heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Our manicured garden area is pleasant for walking, and the outdoor shuffle board court and putting green are fun activities to experience with neighbors. The ice cream parlor is a perfect place to find a tasty treat between one of the three delicious, healthy meals served fresh daily in our restaurant-style dining room. A private dining room is available for private parties or visiting friends and family. Our twenty-four hour business center offers computers with Internet access for personal use. Pets are welcome at our community. We offer accommodations in studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, with all units featuring wall-to-wall carpeting, designer-selected blinds and emergency call systems.

Weekly housekeeping and linen services are provided for all residences. Our professional transportation service is available for scheduling to make personal errands, go shopping or meet with friends. I like Atria Park of Vintage Hills. My mother's room is always kept clean. They have a library, a beauty salon, and ice cream parlor; they have pretty much everything. The staff is lovely, and the community is beautiful. My mother is well-fed and well taken care of. She likes her environment and has lots of activities every day.

Everything at Atria Park of Vintage Hills seemed great. I really liked the decor, which was obviously upper scale, with a little bit old English style. They have an ice cream parlor which is above and beyond. I love ice cream and my mom really loves ice cream too. The only downfall is that their annual increase is very high. Their annual increase is 5 to 9%, and everybody else is around 3 to 5%. The person who showed me around was very knowledgeable and very nice.

I did not care for Atria. The place itself was nice, and the apartments were nice, but the independent was a separate building from the assisted living. I didn't get a good feeling there. They seemed disorganized. The people who I talked to were not happy. The restaurant was not wonderful, and the service was not good. They didn't have as many amenities as other places. They give you a continental breakfast, a small lunch, and a dinner. There was no movie theater.

Atria Park of Vintage Hills is nice. The structure is fairly new and the assisted living residents have a bit more freedom. The memory care just seemed chaotic to me. They have a pretty nice swimming pool. I don't think they don't have enough physical activity. They do go out on tours.
