Located in the beautiful desert country of Palmdale, you'll be charmed by the graceful elegance of Rancho Village and our warm and caring staff. We're just minutes from shopping, a restaurant circle and excellent healthcare. If you're in the mood for adventure, explore the sights of our community with visits to the Mojave Desert, the Vasquez Rocks, the Palmdale Playhouse and the Borax 20-Mule Team Museum. Our dedicated live-in managers are on hand to make you feel like a valued member of our family, and we look forward to meeting you.
Featured Amenities
We offer residents a variety of residential floor plans from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments. All private homes include a kitchenette, plush carpeting and in-suite climate controls. Patios or balconies are also available in many models.
Our chef-prepared meals are served daily in our elegant, restaurant-style dining room. Dishes are served by our friendly wait staff and mealtimes are a relaxing time to enjoy great food and friends. Menus are planned with our residents' dietary needs in mind and special options are available on the menu.
Available Services
The activities and events at Rancho Village focus on stimulating the seven dimensions of wellness. There are up to eight activities or events that our residents may choose to participate in each day. Programs include lectures, exercise, high tea and bible study.
We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Rancho Village does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.

I visited this facility
I visited Rancho Village in Palmdale, and it's very good. I know people who are currently residents there, too. There was a person named Lisa who is very good and very nice, and she facilitated the tour. They asked if I had time to go sit down and have lunch with them, so I did. I looked at a studio and a one-bedroom, and they're a good size. They have all the standard amenities like a cafeteria area, a study room, and a social room.

My parents are in Rancho Village. They staff and service is excellent, and the apartment is well-maintained. The meals are healthy, and the staff is very cordial. They have an exercise area, classes, a barber shop, and transportation. They have bingo, and I just saw they had some musicians come in and serenade them.

I am/was a resident of this facility
Rancho Village is very good, and the people are very nice. There's stuff going on all the time and the food is very good. They have a library, pool room, chapel, TV room, and activity room. Our apartment is very nice and 500 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The staff is great.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My parents absolutely love Rancho Village. It's more expensive than we wanted, but it has a chef, games every day, somebody who comes in once a week and cleans their house, changes their sheets, and does their laundry. Somebody does everything for them, which is really wonderful. They also have their phone and TV in that one price. I haven't eaten the food, but my mother said that it's like going to a restaurant. It's really good food every single day. The woman whoI talked to was terrific. She showed us around the place. My mother has not had any problems. She has beginning Alzheimer's, and she said they help her constantly.
