Residents of our community have a choice of either private or companion accommodations that are outfitted with private baths and emergency call systems. All apartments are cable-ready and feature individually controlled thermostats.

I visited this facility
Pacifica Senior Living Modesto was all memory care. The staff was very nice. It was clean, and the place seemed nice. I was just absolutely appalled with the kind of residents they have and the kind of measures they have to take. I would feel comfortable putting there someone that needed to go in to memory care. I saw the rooms, the common areas, the living areas, and the places where they ate. They didn't have one big dining room. We also saw some of the outside areas. The staff was very helpful, answered a lot of questions, and gave us a lot of good information. Cleanliness was great.

I visited this facility
Pacifica Senior Living was amazing. Their menu and kitchen were amazing, and all of their staff was super friendly and obviously very caring. They all knew their residents very well. Lana gave us 3 separate tours for different family members who also wanted to see it. She followed up consistently and personally with us, and she came really invested in us right away. We did not end up using the place because we couldnt afford it, but she still calls to check on us.

Pacifica Senior Living Modesto has singing on Saturdays and Bingo once a week. The place is clean, neat, and well-maintained, and the staff is OK.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mother has been in Pacifica Senior Living Modesto since June and so far, so good. Everything has been going just fine and dandy. The services are good. The communication is excellent between the staff and residents' families. I was able to move her furniture into her room. It has a new carpet and is newly painted. They remodelled the whole facility. It's very clean. I don't have any problems with the facility nor with the people who work there. They need more care providers on staff every shift because this is a memory care only facility.

I visited this facility
I was accommodated by Lana at Pacifica Senior Living Modesto very well, and she took me to all the areas, explained everything, showed me a couple empty rooms they had, and I was fine with the tour. The place was very nice and clean.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Pacifica Senior Living Modesto is not particularly homey, but it's clean. The staff is very nice, but they're understaffed. The dining area and food is very plain. They have all kinds of activities, but my husband doesn't participate in any of them. They have crafts, bingo, they throw a ball around, and live entertainment comes in. The food should be better, they should be better-staffed, and they should have more people taking care of the patients.
