Folsom Care

The Folsom Care Center provides rehabilitation services to help ease the transition from hospital to home. Registered nurses are on duty 24/7, offering occupational, physical and speech therapy, as well as everyday assistance. Staff can carry out medical procedures and therapies, such as wound care, psychiatric services and dementia care, and a registered dietitian ensures that the nutritional needs of each resident are met. A surgeon is also available on-site.
