My mother moved into Carlton Senior Living Davis. It’s going great, we were very pleased with the staff and the facility itself. It’s beautiful, well-maintained, the staff was very professional, and the location was convenient for us. The staff is very caring, supportive, and they’re very clearly well-trained.

Carlton Senior Living Davis is a beautiful community. It's nice, cozy, seems well-maintained, and the staff has been very accommodating and nice to us. They've done their best to make the transition go well and helped my dad with his care. Overall, we're happy he's there. They have several activities and my dad takes part in the group exercise and singing circle among others. The food looks fine, although my dad likes it some days and doesn't like it other days. The facilities have lots of space, air and variety. Even the memory care has outdoor areas, and has everything that independent and assisted living have- in just a smaller scale. I just wish the price is cheaper. They have 2-room suites with a shared bathroom.

We visited Atria Covell Gardens but my dad has an indwelling catheter and they didn't really want to deal with it. The place was nice and the people were welcoming, and took us on a tour with all the facilities. I talked with one of the staff working directly in the memory care unit and showed us the room setup and some of the common areas where they had activities, watch movies or sing. They also showed us the dining area and it was all good. There was no issue with the place and we wished we could get my dad there, they just can't provide the care he currently needs. The rooms are almost private with their own bathrooms. The community is actually bigger than I thought, it's very nice.

I visited Carlton Senior Living Davis. The staff was friendly. The place was great, and the apartments were clean. The residents were fine and looked happy.
