As a resident of Carriage House Estates, you'll select from multiple floor plans and styles of studio, one- and two-bedroom private apartments. Each apartment suite includes private bathroom, convenient kitchenette, emergency call system and plenty of closet space. Your four-legged friend is welcome to join you in your new home. In addition to our apartments, Carriage House Estates also offers cottage homes, each equipped with full kitchens, a washer and dryer, and many with private garages.

While staying at our community, each resident has the opportunity to participate in our exclusive travel program. Through this program, seniors can visit nearly any of our over 300 retirement communities for up to seven nights at no additional charge.
