Brookdale Tempe (formerly known as Clare Bridge of Tempe) is conveniently located just blocks away from several local parks, shopping centers and medical facilities. As an Alzheimer's and dementia care community, our experienced and well-trained staff are dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We cater to each resident's physical and behavioral needs, being sure to take individual life history into account.

At Brookdale Tempe, we offer services tailored to the unique needs of our memory care residents, including a stimulating and enriching morning mental workout, daily physical exercise classes, life skills building, and other mentally and physically stimulating activities.
Licensed nurses are on call 24/7 and regularly monitor the behavior and health of each of our residents.
In addition to weekly housekeeping, laundry and linen service, our staff provide in-home assistance with daily tasks such as managing medications, grooming and dressing, and are happy to escort residents around the community as needed.
