Belmont Village Scottsdale is a vibrant retirement community providing assisted living and memory care to Arizona seniors. Our central location is surrounded by several world-class medical facilities, abundant shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Also nearby are numerous churches and synagogues, the Tournament Players (TPC) golf course, WestWorld of Scottsdale Equestrian Center, and several world-class resorts and golf courses.

At Belmont Village, we view aging as a gift. Our community offers 138 studio and one-bedroom assisted living residences, including a separate, secured Alzheimer's Neighborhood with 25 private apartments. Residents enjoy a high standard of care, beautifully appointed common areas, industry-leading programs and luxurious amenities.

In keeping with Belmont's "community-within-a-community" philosophy, our three-story building reflects the contemporary, Frank Lloyd Wright architectural style common of the area. Belmont Village Scottsdale features multiple common areas and courtyards, including an outdoor dining patio, garden terrace, swimming pool, fitness center, and technology center with Wi-Fi.

Available Services

In addition to our 24-hour assisted living services, we offer unique, research-based programs for seniors facing the challenges of Alzheimer's or dementia. Our award-winning Circle of Friends© Memory Enrichment program is conducted by a dedicated Activity Assistant and provides structured daily activities to engage the mind, body and soul.

All residents at Belmont Village Scottsdale enjoy the convenience of weekly housekeeping, linen changing, scheduled transportation, on-site salon and spa services, maintenance and meals. Over 24 menu selections are served daily in Josephine's Kitchen, our restaurant-style dining room.
