I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My dad is a resident of the Brookdale East Mesa memory care level. Our experience is pretty good, and the rooms are nice. His room is always clean. It's a clean community. The staff is pretty good, and the dining area is clean and nice. I'd go there and eat once in a while since I like their food. If you don't like the food, they'd make you something else, or whatever you want to eat. They offer services like medical, and deliver medication too. They had probably three or four activities in a day like games, bingo, and memory games. They have family night and an entertainment center. The living atmosphere is nic and people know each other. It's laid out like there's a center section and there are different wings. Overall, it's got a nice atmosphere and the layout is good. I don't think they can improve anything because for the memory unit it's hard to improve something. It's a nice community. When you walk in they know your name and who you're going to go to see.
