Ridge Manor in Rossville is a wonderful assisted-living and I would highly recommend them. My family member moved here 3 weeks ago and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They have gone above and beyond our expectations to make sure we are completely satisfied with their service and the care they are providing for my loved one. I have met the owner a couple of times in person and spoke with him on the phone as well. He always tells me to let him know if we need anything. Next, the Director is always accommodating to our needs. She spends time with us just to say hi and asks how we are when we visit. She doesn’t normally work on the weekends, but she worked the weekend my family member moved into Ridge Manor to make sure the transition went smoothly. Also, the manager and all the staff are so friendly to us. This is a smaller facility therefore the care is very personalized, and has a feeling of being at “home”. I cannot say enough about how special they make us feel. I know my family member is getting exceptional care. When we walk through their doors, we are greeted with a smile every time, and my family visits 7 days a week!
