By focusing on who our residents truly are, we can foster an environment of endless learning, compassion, and empowerment. Located on a tranquil, country hillside in Jasper, our brand new sixteen-resident home features all private rooms and bathrooms. Water Oak Villa is your home for experiencing a purposeful quality of life.
Our team is comprised of expert and loving RN's, LPN's & Care Partners who are trained and certified in dementia care, memory loss, and specialty care. We provide 24/7 assistance with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as needed in a manner of which independence and dignity are valued. We offer on-site Primary Care, Medication Management, Daily Housekeeping & Laundry Service, Homecooked Meals, Barber/Beautician Services on-site, Wellness Programs, and Structured Activities. We have a Park-Like setting with Large Porch sitting Areas for Recreational programming.
