We offer a variety of floor plans to meet our residents' lifestyle requirements. From studio floor plans with kitchenettes for our assisted living residents to spacious two bedrooms with full kitchens for our active residents, you will the perfect floor plan. Apartment features include an emergency response system, wall-to-wall carpeting and walk-in closets. All utilities except for telephone are included in the monthly rent.

Every day at Regency Retirement Village of Birmingham we offer a variety of activities including Bible blessings, mind teasers and exercise classes. If you want to spend the afternoon by yourself, you can drop in our well-stocked library, work on a hobby in the arts and crafts room or watch a movie in the media room.

Available Services

You will enjoy three, freshly prepared meals served restaurant-style every day, and healthy snacks are provided between meals. We also provide scheduled transportation for errands and medical appointments. And you can cross weekly housekeeping off your to-do list since we handle that chore too.

When it comes time for assistance to remain independent, we will craft a care plan that outlines the level of services you need. Our caregiver staff is overseen by a licensed nurse and is always on hand to offer help whenever it's needed. We also provide monitoring of health needs and regular assessments to ensure that your healthcare needs are always being met.
