My mother's experience with Heritage Senior Living West Allis has been fine, and she's adapting very well. It's very nice and clean. The apartments are nice and pretty spacious. They have two bedrooms and suites as well. They have a fair amount of amenities. They have a doctor on-site certain days of the week, toenails clipping, and a nurse all the time. They have an exercise room and a small library with computers in it. She says she sometimes has to wait for a response from the staff, but they seem fine. She likes the food. She can be served in her room or in the dining room.

Heritage Senior Living West Allis is OK, and the food is good. My husband's room is comfortable, nicely sized, and semi-furnished. They offer a lot of different activities every day. They have a spa where my husband has physical and occupational therapy done. They also have a special dining room and a private dining room if you want to have the family together.

I visited this facilityReview of Heritage West Allis

Our appointment at Heritage Senior Living West Allis was for 2:30. The sales consultant was in a meeting, so we waited for 15 or 20 minutes. Then I went up again to the front desk because I heard some people laughing and one of them happened to be the lady I was waiting for. Anything extra in the care was not included in the price package. Everything was a la carte. The place looked very good, though, and the dining area was very nice.

Heritage Senior Living West Allis was very large with around four floors. The person who gave me the tour was excellent. The amenities were excellent. They had a dining room on each floor and there were balconies. There were kitchenettes in the dining area, so if your family wanted to cook something when they come to visit, they can do that.

Heritage was a wonderful-looking, well-kept, and clean place. The room sizes matched what we were looking for. The staff we met seemed friendly, and the people seemed very happy. It's very close to where I live, so it's going to be easy for me to see my mother on a regular basis. I've seen the list of activities, and they had a lot of fun things to do.
