Agape Acres

Agape Acres is a home-like 15-bed Community-Based Residential Facility nestled in a forested rural area outside Warrens, WI. We have 10 private rooms (6 having half private bath) and 3 couple rooms with half baths. Care services are available on a continuous, 24-hour basis by resident care aides who will provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADL’s), which may include: dressing, meal time, hygiene and grooming, mobility, bathing, toileting, incontinence care, using the telephone and shopping. Our staff are trained to serve people with needs related to mild/moderate dementia, developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s Disease, TBI, respite care, or hospice.
