At Brookdale Sussex (formerly Sterling House of Sussex), we take the time to learn our residents' stories, meet their families and hear about their dreams. We meet with all of our residents individually to create a personalized assisted living plan that addresses their wants and needs. To make sure that all of our residents always feel safe, we have installed an emergency response system that is monitored 24 hours a day by our trained staff. This system includes emergency pull cords so that help is never more than a few moments away.

Indoors, we offer recreation, activity and family rooms in which residents can gather to socialize and play games. We even operate a beauty salon/barbershop on site so that our residents can always look their best.
