Ellen's Home of Port Washington is a premiere assisted living community in eastern Wisconsin. Our community offers spectrum of care that provides residents and their families the peace of mind they deserve. We are a one story community to provide comfort and easy mobility to our residents. Surrounded by lush green landscape our residents have access to the scenic view of our community.

Ellen's Home of Port Washington is a Christian, family style atmosphere. Our standard of care is based on helping our residents attain the highest possible level of spiritual, emotional and physical well being. Our staff to resident ratio is very high. Being a smaller home, we have the same staff members taking care of our residents on a daily basis. This is not only very conducive for our residents but with that continuity of care it is easier to recognize changes in eating, sleeping, behavior or health issues.

Our community is based in a residential home that provides our residents a sanctuary where they get independence, privacy, security, and comfort. It is a place where they can truly be themselves. We offer beautiful private rooms that has its own in suite bathroom, climate control, and ample closets.

We have a lot of amenities to support our resident’ mental and physical being. We have our own laboratory and x-ray to minimize our residents needs to go outside. Exercises and activities are held on our activity room where residents gather and have fun.

Available Services

Here at Ellen's Home of Port Washington our top priority is the wellness and health of our residents. We have podiatrist that takes care of our resident foot and nail concerns. For rehabilitation we have physical therapist to help our residents. To keep our residents mind stimulated and enriched we have our own activity director that plans and creates activities. We based it on our resident’s likes, hobbies and routines.

To ensure the safety of our residents we emergency call systems so they could get help whenever they need it. Our staff are onsite 24 hours to ensure we monitor our resident’s health and if there are any changes we are ready to provide the assistance they need.
