Heritage at Deer Creek is really nice and clean. It didn't smell and everything looked sparkling and new. The staff is really good. The rooms were big and they had kitchenettes. They offer extra services if you need them. It's a continuum of care until end of life which was great. They had lots of areas to sit which was really nice if you needed it so you don't have to sit all in one room which was really cool. They had several little libraries, fireplaces everywhere and a sun room.

ProHealth Care Regency was way too big. We went there because it was a non-profit. They're building two additional buildings and I don't see how they're going to keep up with it staff wise. I don't feel like there would be a proper ratio of care staff to the residents. The dining area was nice. The rooms were a little smaller, but they have vast amounts of storage space. They have crafts and regular trips. They really want you to use their house practical nurses and their primary care physicians. They have the ProHealth Clinic right there, so if you're not going to use them, you have to be going out to your doctors on your own. The location was convenient.

Heritage at Deer Creek is fantastic. My parents would love to be there; however, they did not have a big enough unit available. Nevertheless, everything is very high quality and classy. I was very impressed. It seems to be a very homey kind of place. The people are very caring; they like being there. The staff is excellent. They interacted with the people and with us. We were impressed by the staff. They have good amenities available. They have a spa and a hair salon. A therapist is there if they need it, and podiatrist and doctors come on site. They have arts and crafts, games, cards, and exercise.

ProHealth Care Regency Senior Communities New Berlin has been very good so far. I only met the person in charge of making the arrangements. The place is very nice and well kept, and the people are friendly. They have a library, salon, and events.
