Heritage Senior Living of Middleton features a full range of amenities and services for seniors to take advantage of. Licensed by the state of Wisconsin, we provide assisted living and memory care in Middleton. We create opportunities for new friendships and memories to be forged daily, with our staff bringing years of experience and dedication to the care and wellness of our residents.
Heritage Senior Living was born out of Milo Pinkerton’s passion for development and desire to create high quality assisted living and memory care as a result of his parents need for additional care as they aged. Each of our communities has been thoughtfully designed in a timeless craftsman style to create a warm and inviting home-like atmosphere.

Our community offers a variety of comfortable floor plans including private and semi-private apartments with abundant natural lighting, a private bathroom and individual climate control.
Heritage Senior Living of Middleton features freshly-prepared nutritious meals every day in our restaurant-style dining room. We also offer numerous social activities, events and outings for residents to partake in should they choose.
Available Services
Regular housekeeping and laundry services mean that our residents have more time to focus on what they want to do. At Heritage Senior Living of Middleton our individualized evaluation program helps to match each resident with services and activities that fit their personalities and needs. And 24-hours a day, our caring staff are there to help with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing or medication administration.
Our memory care program focuses on individual attention, where we design each aspect of our care and activities to each resident’s need. Each staff member is specially trained to serve and care for residents suffering from memory loss conditions such as those associated with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
Lazy staff. The new management never interacts with the residents. The Dementia Care area smells like urine and the resident's look dirty. Staff spends more time on their cell phones than taking care of my family member. It's a dump.

We're sorry to hear that your experience at Heritage Middleton was less than adequate. Providing a clean, safe and engaging environment for our residents is very important to us, which is why we have recently cleaned all the carpets and increased rounds and activities. We will utilize your comments to help us improve further. If you'd like to discuss this in person, we're holding a meeting on February 28 at 3 p.m., where management will be available to hear and discuss your concerns.
