Our community environment is specially designed to accommodate seniors with memory loss from our built-in way-finding cues to large circular hallways designed to lead residents easily to common areas. In addition, all exterior doors are alarmed to minimize wandering.

Residents enjoy reading in our well-stocked library, tending plants in our outdoor gardening areas, getting their hair done at our on-site beauty/barber shop or sharing a meal with friends in our full-service communal dining room.

Available Services

At Brookdale Middleton Stonefield, we are always monitoring the health of our residents. Our professional staff are available 24 hours a day to assist with daily needs such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, dining, dressing, medication support and even continence management.

We also recognize that a critical component of good health is eating correctly. That is why we offer three nutritious meals a day formulated to meet the special dietary needs of seniors. Snacks are also available throughout the day when hunger pangs strike.
