Lasata Care Center is a Skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility offering both short term rehabilitation following hospitalization before returning home as well as providing long term care for those individuals with medical care needs or dementia-related illnesses. We offer large private suites for your comfort during your rehabilitation stay and many smaller private rooms for those long term residents. Lasata campus provides a continuum of care from Independent apartment living and assisted living apartments to skilled nursing care. Lasata has proudly been serving Ozaukee county residents since 1966.
