Rolling Meadows Place is a senior living community just off of Interstate 64 about 20 miles northwest of Charleston. We have independent and assisted living options, and pride ourselves on offering quality support to those who may need it with their daily routine. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time licensed nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. While we provide assistance when needed, we truly want our residents to thrive in mind and body by keeping them engaged and on the go. Planning activities and excursions tailored to their interests makes our community vibrant.
