At Columbia Ridge Senior Living, we offer a 60-day, money-back guarantee. Live with us for 60 days. During this time - and every day forward - we will do our best to ensure you love living in our community. But, if within the first 60 days of your move-in date, you become dissatisfied for any reason, we will refund the base rent that you paid for those 60 days, no questions asked.

Built in 2002, we have recently expanded with 14 deluxe, new one-bedroom apartments. Our 56 studios and one-bedroom homes feature convenient kitchenettes, individual climate control and spacious living and dining areas. We understand that pets are part of your family, so they are welcome here.
The natural beauty that surrounds our community is enhanced by our services and amenities, which add comfort, convenience and pleasure. Get your hair done in our beauty salon, email friends and family on one of our computers, read a book in the library or relax in our whirlpool spa after an active day.
Available Services
Columbia Ridge Senior Living does its best to cater to your every need. We provide weekly housekeeping and linen service; offer scheduled transportation to appointments, shopping and outings; and serve three chef-prepared meals each day in our dining room. Utility fees are rolled into your monthly rent for added convenience.
A 24-hour staff is available anytime day or night to respond to you. And with our emergency communication system, you can have peace of mind that your welfare is always secure. Our professional caregivers are trained to provide caring and compassionate assistance with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing and escorting.
