We looked to create peaceful surroundings throughout our community. Our building was designed to re-create the type of environment that our residents have been used to throughout their lives. Our interior decorating is made to be like those of a private home, with clear walking paths giving residents the opportunity to explore safely.

Available Services

We provide an individual plan to each community member, based on his or her special needs. We look to anticipate and provide those services that meet their needs, provide a feeling of security and safety, and help add make their day more meaningful. This includes addressing physical and behavioral needs, and finding familiar daily routines.

We also strive to make every day as stress-free as possible for every resident at Brookdale Troutdale. To help achieve that goal, we handle the cooking, providing delicious, nutritious meals each day in our community dining room. We also handle the laundry, housekeeping and maintenance, allowing our residents to focus on living life to the fullest.
