I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
My father is presently residing in Vancouver Pointe Senior Village and he is enjoying it very much. It is a 55 and older facility. It's very nice, and they keep it up very well. They have a restaurant on the premises where the residents can get whatever they want to eat for any meal. They have a little bistro, so if you happened to miss meals when the food is scheduled, you can go in there and get something to eat. Residents have their own little apartment, cleaning service is available weekly, and they have a happy hour on Fridays where they bring in live entertainment. They serve beer and wine and all kinds of snacks. They have a bus, and they take them to doctors' appointments. They have a lot of things going on. The staff is very friendly, outgoing, and very caring. I've eaten there several times and it's always good. it's very reasonable.
