Description of Affinity at South Hill
Affinity at South Hill is a one-of-a-kind 55+ community designed for active adults. The community features amenities such as an indoor salt water pool and spa, Dilly Dally's Pub, movie theatre, fitness center, dog park, billiards and game room, workshop and crafts studio. Affinity at South Hill also offers services that include community wide WiFi, Wi-Fi at the pool and clubhouse; laundry facilities; maintenance on site; recycling; renters insurance program; maid service; planned social activities. The security includes controlled access with property manager on site and security system.

I am/was a resident of this facility
Filthy, management plays favorites, management lies to rent too you, not safe, a lot of bullying and goes unrecognized, no updates/renovations since opening but the prices rise, a lot of clicks too include with management, the people bite their tongues on truths as to not have management make up a reason to try and kick you out! It's a travesty that you cannot live in peace, especially when you bring a ton to the community and are taken for granted.
