Broadway Court Estates is an Independent Living Community, nestled in the beautiful Spokane Valley.

We are family-owned and operated, serving families in the greater Spokane area for over twenty years!

All of our apartment-homes include a full kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher! From the smallest to our largest home, a full-sized washer and dryer are also included as well as a balcony to get some fresh air! We have a wide variety of 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom floor plans as well as 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom floor plans to fit your needs.

We pride ourselves on our pricing structure that allows you to pay as little bills as possible; Continental breakfast, our evening dining experience, housekeeping, wireless internet, all utilities (except telephone), DirecTV hookups, and scheduled transportation are all included in your monthly rent. Our community offers a heated swimming pool, a game room, movie theater, and many other common areas to socialize and meet people. Our Activities calendar is filled with memorable events, with three people in our activities department nobody can compete!
