Located across the street from the Fairwood Golf and Country Club and near several community parks in Renton, WA, Springtime AFH offers plenty of outdoor recreational options for seniors. The area has lots of restaurants, pharmacies and other urban amenities, and Valley Medical Center is just a few miles away.

Springtime AFH offers the comprehensive service level of an assisted living facility in the smaller, more intimate setting of a converted single-family home. No more than six seniors are in residence at one time, allowing the 24-hour awake staff to provide a helping hand when needed. Monthly wellness checkups and an on-call nurse ensure that health care is a priority.

The facility has a variety of amenities that offer seniors opportunities to stay fit and active, such as exercise classes, manicured walking paths and a fitness room. The movie theater and reading room give seniors the option of relaxing nights in, while transportation is available for outings and appointments.
