Nestled amid evergreens in the highlands overlooking the city of Renton and set against the backdrop of Mount Rainier, you'll love coming home to the stunning beauty of our landscaped grounds. In spite of our secluded country feel, Evergreen Place is minutes away from the Landing Shopping Center, excellent healthcare and numerous unique local attractions to explore. Take time to visit the IKEA Performing Arts Center, the Black River Riparian Forest and the Farmers Market at the Piazza downtown.
Evergreen Place is owned and operated by Holiday Retirement, one of the leading providers of independent retirement living in the United States. Since 1971, Holiday has been creating cheerful communities for seniors who want to enjoy a carefree, all-inclusive retirement experience.
There is never a dull moment at Evergreen Place with at least eight different activities scheduled each day. Residents can be found picking up spares in a Wii bowling tournament, attending an on-site church service or centering themselves in one of our chair yoga classes. We also operate the award-winning Seniors Serving Seniors volunteer program that offers our residents opportunities to give back to the local community.
Unlike some other senior living communities, three well-balanced meals are served each day in our restaurant-style dining room as part of our all-inclusive experience. Residents also have the option of reserving our intimate private dining room for celebrations with family and friends.
While staying at our community, each resident has the opportunity to participate in our exclusive travel program. Through this program, seniors can visit nearly any of our over 300 retirement communities for up to seven nights at no additional charge. During the visit, residents will enjoy all the same service and amenities they enjoy at home while having the chance to meet new friends and experience new places.
We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.
Evergreen Place is a truly exceptional senior living community designed to please even the most discerning of Washington seniors.

My mother-in-law will move into Solstice Senior Living at Renton. It seemed to be very nice, the grounds were really nice, it's conveniently located, and they seemed to have everything that she would need. It's close to where we live so that's good. The staff was very nice.
Solstice Senior Living at Renton is a perfect fit for my brother. The residents were tossing a beanbag into a hole when I visited. They have Wii bowling, pinochle, card games, and they take them to the doctor, the store, and the casino. They have lots of activities. His studio apartment is very clean, and it is laid out in a way that you wouldn't even know his twin bed is in there. They have a good variety of food. They have a library, a craft room, and once a week they have a little store where people can buy a candy bar or pop.
Solstice Senior Living at Renton has a lot of activities to partake in and the food is good. The staff has been excellent. I have a one-bedroom apartment. They have wii bowling, a bus that goes out once a week for shopping, a pool table, an exercise room, and a pretty complete library. They also have video rentals.
My mother lives in Solstice Senior Living at Renton. It's fairly close to where I live, it's reasonably priced, and they had a special going, so it was very inexpensive. They have really good meals, they change them out regularly, and it's a very beautiful facility. The staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful. It's bright, with lots of good energy, the people are friendly, and I would like to live there myself. My mom has a studio apartment, they have great services, they do house cleaning once a week, they have onsite occupational therapy, physical therapy, onsite hairdressing, and even a salon, so it's perfect for my mom. If you need more things, like medication management, there's a third party that can come in and provide additional help. They have a shuttle to take you to the doctor, on trips, or grocery shopping. I'm so happy to have her there.
