The community features spacious independent living apartments, including studio, one- bedroom and two-bedroom options. Each apartment comes with a kitchenette, walk-in shower or tub, individually controlled heating and air conditioning and basic cable TV. Some units also include a private patio or balcony. For those seeking additional space and privacy, cottages are available with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and garage.

The monthly rent covers essentials including three freshly prepared daily meals served in the community's restaurant-style dining room, housekeeping, linen services and scheduled transportation around Puyallup.

Residents enjoy access to covered parking, a theater with comfortable seating for movie showings, a game room, a library, a community fireplace and a barber shop and beauty salon. Each resident is also provided with a Lively® Mobile Plus personal emergency response device. The community's Engage Life® program offers a rotating calendar of recreational, educational, and social activities to keep residents engaged and connected. Day trips to local attractions are regularly scheduled.

The community is located near several points of interest, including scenic walking trails at Pioneer Park and Wildwood Park, as well as dining options like Toscanos Italian Grill and Crockett's Public House.
