Capital Place was nice. They're very friendly. They had community activities and meals three times a day, which we were interested in. They had an activity room. The building was very nice and updated. Everyone wore masks, and it seemed like a safe environment.

Excellent. I would recommend to friends and family and have no plans of moving. I'm very happy here. I don't participate in activities, but I know other people they do and I'm glad they have them.

The staff at Capital Place was very nice. They have everything. They have a regular dining room and there's an exercise room. The facility was very clean. I saw empty and furnished apartments and they were nice. It would be a good place to live.

Capital Place is very nice and very clean. You could see the people were very happy and busy. There are lots of thing going on like playing cards and games. It is very social. That part was lovely too. The dining room is lovely. The rooms are very nice. We met the director that took us on a tour; he was very nice. We like him very much. We really liked Capital Place, but we did not like the location. It just didn't have the feeling that we got at the other community. We weren't there very long, however, there were a lot of things that didn't suit what we were looking for. It was not an open, airy kind of community.

I would love to live in Capital Place, but I couldn't afford it. The food was excellent. The people were very friendly. We could have a house for ourselves, but if it snows or rains, they didn't have any covered places if we have to go get our lunch or dinner in there. However, if we're in the main building, it was very nice.

Everything about Capital Place Independent is pretty nice, there's nothing negative. Everything with my parents has been really good, except that we weren't able to get a phone line right away. My first impression of the place is very good, they're nice and clean, everybody was helping you out with any questions, and the food was really good. We're pretty satisfied with the value for the money.

Capital Place is newer and nicer looking than the other facilit we saw. The value is alright. The staff is OK. They do all the cooking and they take care of the room that I'm in, so I don't have to do very much. I get three meals a day, but I only eat two. We have some activities, but not as many activities as they have at the other location. They have beachball basketball, they play pool, and poker, but none of them require much physical activity.

I had a good visit at Capital Place. I had lunch there; it was fine. The staff members were very good and very nice. They showed me a studio type apartment. They have some sort of women's baseball team. They serve three meals a day.

They served three meals a day in Capital Place, but they had set times for meals, so people congregate in the dining room at one time. I got the impression that people had to wait for the next meal which was kind of sad. Everyone there was kind of friendly, but it didn't feel like an upbeat place. They didnt seem to have a lot going on.

We visited Capital Place. The person who was working with us was very friendly and very thorough. It was under construction though. The rooms that she showed us were clean and nice. They showed us one that was occupied and furnished and one that was not occupied and empty. We talked to a few residents and asked them if they like it, and they said yes.

I visited Capital Place, and I have mixed reviews over that. The staff is pushy at times, the rooms are quite large, but uncomfortable. The building was very clean, the rooms were very clean, and the residents were somewhat helpful. They were doing a couple of puzzles in the library upstairs on the third floor.

I visited Capital Place. It was good until they started talking about the money. The rooms were OK, but you have to pay an upfront fee before they let you move in. They did not have an full kitchen, or stove, but the meals were included. They served us lunch on small plates. They have a library, and the amenities were OK, but I wasn't impressed.
