Description of Generations Adult Family Home

The home is located in a serene community in Lakewood. It has an expansive lawn with lots of green areas and a garden. We have a spacious home with a large living area, and 5 bedrooms which can house both private and 2 people sharing. Bathrooms are large with easy access to wheelchairs.

We have staff available to assist our patients around the clock. The provider is a licensed practical nurse and we have a registered nurse in the premises.

We offer assistance with ADLs, transfers, medication administrations, blood glucose check and glucose administration. Clients are kept engaged with board games, books and engaging staff. We have a weekly menu but clients are also welcome to decide what they like and this can be accommodated. There is an in-house doctor group and a pharmacy that delivers to us.
